Prequalification
To become a prequalified subcontractor for Nucor Construction Corp., you must demonstrate that your company is a viable and productive partner. The process is designed to help us identify the most qualified subcontractors in the industry. We will analyze your past performance, current workload, safety record, and financial stability, among other criteria.
Required Documents to Become a Subcontractor:
- Copy of W-9
- List of company license numbers
- M/W/LBE information, if applicable
- Insurance certificate with all applicable endorsements
- Independent verification letter supporting your EMR for the last five years
- OSHA 300 logs from the last five years
- Safety program manual
- Financial Statements for your company’s most recent fiscal year-end
- Bank letter verifying Lines of Credit and available credit
- Dun and Bradstreet information
- Surety information (sunshine letter)
- References
- List of current projects
- List of recently completed projects
- Current backlog
- Contractors Qualification Statement (A305)
