Nucor Construction Corp. Founded
Mark A. Pollaci founded Nucor Construction Corp. in 1986. He began as a concrete laborer and went on to build lasting relationships in New York City’s top construction circles-connections still trusted today.

Joseph J. Pollaci Joins Nucor
Joseph joined Nucor in 2011 after eight years in commercial real estate, specializing in tenant representation and office leasing. He became president in 2015 and has since led the company’s growth, expanding its client base and diversifying into new markets.
